Abstract
A case of rectus sheath hematoma is described. Completed tomography de monstrated a still active bleeding from an aneurysm which was situated at the junction of the inferior and superior epigastric artery. The r ecognition of a continuous hemorrhage contributed to the decision of a n immediate surgical intervention.
