Abstract
The aggregate structure of a coralloid ZnO(x) film deposited by a reac tive ion cluster beam (R-ICB) has been investigated experimentally. It suggested a mass fractal with D = 2.5 for the large scale and a surfa ce fractal with Ds = 2.2 for the small scale.
