Abstract
Accumulation of C-14 labelled carbofuran was studied on the gills, liv er and kidney of Clarius betrachus and Channa marulius during, April 1 991. Accumulation was found to be high in 2 h of treatment as compared to 4 h except in case of liver of C batrachus. Higher concentration ( 0.946%) of carbofuran and its residue accumulated in case of kidney of C batrachus. In all the other cases the per cent accumulation of carb ofuran and its residue ranged from 0.01 to 0.095%.
