Abstract
Changes in the trace element concentration levels in hair a, a result of ionizing radiation exposure have been observed. The most striking a re the variations in phosphorus and calcium concentrations. In combina tion with hair diameter changes measurement, this can yield informatio n of past radiation exposure and dose distribution throughout the body .
