Abstract
To describe anti-HBs kinetics after hepatitis B vaccination, a logarit hmic function was established using anti-HBs determinations in sera dr awn from 97 to 147 vaccinees at 5 times during a 4 year follow-up peri od. A comparison with 2 published mathematical models showed that the logarithmic formula was less complex, and computed values correlated b etter with real anti-HBs titres.
