Abstract
For G a finite Abelian group, F a finite field, and R = F[G], the grou p ring, this paper enumerates the polynomials of F[x] that permute R u nder substitution. This paper serves as an illustration for a general technique for enumerating the permutation polynomials of an F-algebra with coefficients in F.
