Abstract
Potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) is less sensitive to the prese nce of electroinactive surface-active substances than anodic stripping square-wave voltammetry (ASSWV). Influences of the non-ionic detergen t Triton X-100 on the responses of Tl+, Pb2+, Cu2+, Cd2+, Bi(III) and In(III) obtained by direct and derivative PSA, square-wave voltammetry , d.c. polarography and ASSWV are compared.
