Abstract
We report 2 cases of carcinoma of the penis occurring on thick white l esions (leukoplakia) associated with genital lichen sclerosus. The his tological features of the whitish plaques are similar to the so-called , differentiated, intra-epithelial neoplasia defined by the Internatio nal Society for the Study of Vulvar Disease (ISSVD), and should be con sidered as precancerous lesions.
