Abstract
Aphthous stomatitis may be drug-induced. Here we report the first two cases of major aphthous stomatitis induced by nicorandil, a new potass ium-channel activator. A dosage increase, a high-dose treatment or a h istory of minor aphthous stomatitis may be considered as important cof actors.
