Abstract
It is demonstrated that in a wide range of values of the parameters th e experimental values of the dielectric permittivity of water are a li near function of the ratio of the density to the temperature. It is sh own that this dependence cannot be obtained within the existing molecu lar-statistical methods of calculation. A method is proposed for extra polating to high temperatures and ultrahigh pressures. A method is pre sented for estimating the experimental results obtained.
