Abstract
An algorithm for input-output decoupling of non-linear control systems using a simple precompensator is presented. The existence of function al relations between the inputs is examined. The algorithm has a simpl ified form. Accordingly, necessary and sufficient conditions are estab lished which guarantee solvability of the problem. Significant reducti on in computation time with respect to an existing algorithm is demons trated.
