Abstract
A 42-year-old woman had two recurrences following excision of a hemang iopericytoma of the left orbit. A third local excision was followed by postoperative brachytherapy (55 Gy in 100 hours). One year later ther e is no sign of recurrence and the side-effects are minimal.
