Abstract
This is a report of a case of radioculomyelitis secondary to tuberculo
us meningitis. The importance of an early diagnosis is stressed in the
light of reports on good outcome after prompt commencement of therapy
. Polymerase chain reaction is now availabe for quick confirmation of
the suspected diagnosis.
