Abstract
Metastatic calcification of the heart, lungs and kidneys is described in a 42-year-old male who had an HTLV-1-associated lymphoma. This fata l complication of HTLV-1-associated lymphoma has been infrequently rep orted, and the case in question is the first to be recorded in the Car ibbean, where HTLV-1 is common. Aggressive therapy of hypercalcaemia s hould be instituted early in its genesis in these lymphomas, so as to avoid its fatal outcome.
