Abstract
The authors describe a technique for an isolated epiphysiodesis of the first metatarsal with a cancellous allograft for the correction of ju venile hallux abducto valgus deformity. The procedure requires no inci sion. It is a benign, safe, and effective way of correcting the deform ity.
