Abstract
H-1 NMR spectroscopy has been used to demonstrate specific binding of
rat 80S ribosomes to the major conformer of an antitumor bicyclic hexa
peptidic glucoside, RA-XII, isolated from Rubia cordifolia, in a fast
exchange process.
