Abstract
Some new acetonitrile derivatives bearing a 5, 6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazi n-3-yl moiety have been synthesized and reacted with hydrazine hydrate , acetic acid hydrazide, aromatic aldehydes, acids and alkalis. The st ructures of the products have been established by elemental analyses a nd spectral data (IR, PMR and mass).
