Abstract
Longitudinal data of 50-yr-old men, followed for 10 yr, were analyzed to identify variables which may be associated with healthy tooth surfa ce loss. Three types of longitudinal models were used, arriving at sim ilar conclusions. Predictors of sound tooth surface loss with aging in cluded pocket depth, mobility, and recession.
