Abstract
A 3D string model is analyzed in the strong coupling regime, The contr ibution of surfaces with different topology to the partition function is essential. A set of corresponding models is discovered. Their criti cal indices, which depend on two integers (m, n), are calculated analy tically. The critical indices of the 3D Ising model should belong to t his set. A possible connection with the chain of 3D lattice Potts mode ls is pointed out.
