Abstract
We report on a case of primary melanoma within a diverticulum of the u rinary bladder. The primary nature of this neoplasm was demonstrated t hrough meticulous clinical and radiological examination. The incidence , prognosis and differential diagnosis of this urothelial melanoma are discussed.
