Abstract
The dissolution process of As2S3 films in mixtures of amines with nitr ile was studied and the mechanism of reaction was defined. The result of Raman spectroscopy and viscosimetry measurements showed that the di ssolution process occurs by large clusters. The size of clusters is de termined by the composition of the solvent and the temperature.
