Jr. Barrie et Dl. Greenhalgh, TRAINING IN NEONATAL RESUSCITATION - THE VIEWS OF JUNIOR PEDIATRICIANS, Journal of the Royal College of Physicians of London, 27(2), 1993, pp. 151-153
Senior house officers and registrars in one region were asked whether
they received any training in neonatal resuscitation in this region an
d what they thought of it. Training in neonatal resuscitation is varia
ble and often falls short of the guidelines of the Royal College of Ph
ysicians of London. The majority of the respondents were dissatisfied
with the extent and the level of supervision of their training. The st
ructure and content of training in this subject needs to be reviewed.
