Abstract
The reaction of hydrosilanes with carbon dioxide and secondary amines or silylamines was studied for the first time. The dependence of the c omposition and the structure of the products obtained on the nature of the reagents and on the reaction conditions was found. The hydrosilan e-carbon dioxide system, unknown previously, can be used as an N-silox ycarbonylating reagent in the synthesis of O-silylurethanes. A scheme for the formation of O-silylurethanes was proposed.
