Abstract
Two recently described classes of nonpeptide cholecystokinin receptor antagonists contain diphenylpyrazolidinone and benzodiazepine substruc tures, respectively. Although the origins and development of these ser ies were completely independent, the low energy conformations predicte d by modeling showed remarkable three-dimensional homology between the structures.
