Abstract
Five nuclear microprobe modes of spectroscopy (NRA, DIGE, PIXE, PIGE, PESA) were combined to study the relationship between organic matter a nd mineral host matrix in oil-field environment. Sorption tests were c onducted on various substrates, close to natural media, both in terms of porosity and composition in order to specify interaction parameters of organic matter with mineral phases. Moreover, well known organic m aterials like polymer films have been investigated using the nuclear m icroprobe both to quantify their degradation degree and to optimize th e experimental configuration for structurally and chemically similar o rganic phases.
