Abstract
We describe a patient with Rothmund-Thomson syndrome and IgG4 deficien cy. In vitro examination of his peripheral mononuclear cells revealed impaired IgG4 synthesis. Susceptibility to sinus and pulmonary infecti ons was cured by monthly immunoglobulin infusions.
