Abstract
A phenomenological theory is constructed for modulated triangular anti ferromagnetic structures of exchange-relativistic origin in a hexagona l magnetic material lacking an inversion center. The magnetic structur e of the compound CsCuCl3 is explained. The spectrum of natural linear magnetic excitations is derived. The theoretical field dependence of the antiferromagnetic-resonance frequencies agrees well with experimen tal data.
