Abstract
Plasmid vector pGEM3Z was used to construct a linking library of Coryn ebacterium glutamicum ATCC13032. About 180 real linking clones were ob tained. The possibility of making use of the linking clones to compila te NotI-restriction map of C. glutamicum ATCC 13032 genome was demonst rated. Nine pairs of adjusting NotI fragment were revealed when the li nking clones were used as hybridization probes.
