Abstract
This paper reports an investigation into the source of seepage from we epholes of a retaining wall. The findings explain the reasons for the lack of pattern commonly encountered in seepage from retaining wall we epholes. They also provide an insight into the mode of underground wat er flow in typical Hong Kong ground conditions.
