Abstract
The high-spin properties of the density dependent Gogny force are anal yzed for the first time. The self-consistent cranking Hartree-Fock-Bog oliubov equations have been solved to analyze the rotational nucleus E r-164. We study pairing properties, moments of inertia, E2 transitions , and gyromagnetic factors, among others, as a function of the angular momentum. The agreement with the available experimental results is ve ry satisfactory.
