Abstract
The investigation of antibody kinetics following antigen-specific immu noadsorption in alkaline phosphatase immunized rats revealed significa ntly lower antibody levels than in untreated controls over a follow-up period of 6 weeks. A rebounding antibody synthesis as a result of spe cific depletion was not observed. Non-adsorption of specific antiidiot ypic antibodies may explain these findings.
