Abstract
A 69-year-old man had erythema elevatum diutinum for several years bef ore he developed IgA paraproteinemia and a limited form of Wegener's g ranulomatosis. This is the first report of an association between eryt hema elevatum diutinum and Wegener's granulomatosis. IgA paraproteinem ia has been reported in association with erythema elevatum diutinum bu t not with Wegener's granulomatosis.
