Abstract
Cutaneous metastasis from gastric carcinoma is uncommon. We describe a patient with a metastasis from gastric carcinoma to a congenital mela nocytic nevus. The diagnosis was confirmed by positive immunohistochem ical staining for cytokeratin 20 and lack of cytokeratin 7.
