Abstract
Epitaxial layers of ZnSe and MnSe as well as heterostructures of ZnSe/ MnSe were grown on GaAs(100) substrates by pulsed-laser deposition (PL D). The X-ray diffraction patterns for different layers are presented as well as the low temperature magnetization for ultrathin MnSe/ZnSe s tructures.
