Isotopic rules are studied for calculated vibrational frequencies of a
ll possible 72 C-12/C-13 isotopomers of the C-7 cluster of the C2nu sy
mmetry. The isotopomers can undergo 486 isomerizations which are decom
posed into 27 subclasses using properties of sums of the squares of th
e vibrational frequencies.
