Abstract
Ultrasonography of the hip in high risk newborns is the natural extens ion of clinical examination to the diagnosis of congenital dislocation and dysplasia of the hip. At the end of the first month, ultrasonogra phy allows a better adjustement of therapeutic to the orthopaedic stat us.
