Abstract
An internal friction peak associated with the viscous motion of interf aces was measured in the 50-150kHz range for the Cu-Al-Zn-Ni sample. T he internal friction formula based on the viscous motion of interfaces has been derived. Also, corresponding parameters, which play an impor tant role in shape memory effect such as viscosity coefficient, pinned force constant were obtained.
