Abstract
Shubnikov de Haas oscillations were observed in TaTe4 which show the c ommensurately modulated structure, presumably associated with the char ge-density wave. The characteristics of its Fermi surface were partly found. It consists of three-dimensional pockets, as well as two-dimens ional columnar sections.
