Abstract
Gastric cancer, shows a 14% incidence of multiplicity when stomachs ob tained from gastrectomies are studied carefully. That's explained by t he fact that near all multiple gastric neoplasias are early cancers, a nd a lot of them aren't diagnosed preoperatively. We present a rare ca se of multiple gastric cancer where both tumors were advanced and repr esented different types of neoplasia under Lauren's clasification. Bot h tumors where diagnosed preoperatively.
