The EPR spectra of paramagnetic centers (PMC) in solid products of mon
osilane combustion in a flow reactor were measured. A broad EPR signal
associated with trivalent silicon (Delta B = 7.4 G, g = 2.005) and na
rrow signals from PMC1 (Delta B = 1.9 G, g = 2.001) and PMC2 (Delta B
= 3.0 G, g 2.005) were recorded. The former signal was tentatively ass
igned to an anionic vacancy in silicon dioxide that captured an electr
