Abstract
We report a case, in which 5 years after a caecocystoplasty (Mainz-Pou ch), an adenocarcinoma of the colon was found in the cecal-part of the reservoir and in the anastomosis of the ileoascendostomy. Treatment w as resection of the tumor en bloc, together with the distal ureters, f ollowed by antirefluxive reimplantation in the remaining cystoplasty a nd ileotransversostomy (end-to-end).
