Abstract
Spin wave resonance (SWR) in NiFeCu films with magnetization profiles modified in a controlled way has been observed. The variations of the characteristics of SWR spectra have been studied as a function of the magnetization distribution profiles. Consistent values of the exchange constant have been obtained from both linear and quadratic parts of t he spectra.
