Momentum conservation equations for the viscous fermi-liquid are deriv
ed from the kinetic Landau-Vlasov equation with taking into account th
e retardation effects in the collision integral. Viscosity coefficient
s for the longitudinal and transversal zero sound in nuclear matter ha
ve been calculated. Results obtained in the semiclassical macroscopic
nuclear model are compared with phenomenological values of the viscosi
ty coefficients fitted to experimental data for the mean kinetic energ
ies of fission fragments.
