The calculation with the deformed Woods-Saxon potential and residual i
nteraction allowing for a two-phonon admixture of the quadrupole, octu
pole and hexadecapole vibrational and two-quasiparticle states in Dy-1
64 have been made. The calculated excitation energies and B (E; lambda
= 2, 3, 4) values are found to be in reasonable agreement with experi
mental data. The calculated 0+ states in Er-168 do not contradict expe
rimental data. It is shown that the wave functions of states with ener
gies below 2.3 MeV have dominating one-phonon components.
