Abstract
A 9-year-old girl had pain and swelling of the left distal thigh for 5 months. Radionuclide angiography of leg arteries was performed using Tc-99m DTPA-HSA. Increased blood pooling was observed in the distal th igh and knee joint area of the left leg 20 minutes after the injection . Open biopsy revealed hemangioma in that area. Blood pool imaging usi ng Tc-99m DTPA-HSA is a useful method in the diagnosis of soft tissue hemangioma.
