Abstract
Nonequilibrium processes induced by the external factors are studied. These are a stimulation of superconductivity by electromagnetic field and imbalance of the populations of electron- and hole-like branches i f the energy spectrum of quasi-particles caused by a direct current or electromagnetic radiation. The above nonequilibrium phenomena in HTSC (YBa2Cu3O7-x) and LTSC (Sn, Nb) are compared qualitatively.
