Nonequilibrium processes induced by the external factors are studied.
These are a stimulation of superconductivity by electromagnetic field
and imbalance of the populations of electron- and hole-like branches i
f the energy spectrum of quasi-particles caused by a direct current or
electromagnetic radiation. The above nonequilibrium phenomena in HTSC
(YBa2Cu3O7-x) and LTSC (Sn, Nb) are compared qualitatively.
