Abstract
A new method to determine the SPICE BJT model dynamic parameters from DC measurement data is proposed. To extract the dynamic model paramete rs from DC measurement data, the physical relationship between the sta tic and dynamic behaviour parameters of the BJT is taken as the basic starting point. The necessary static behaviour measurements can be per formed on the HP 4145A parameter analyser. The measurement data can be processed through a computer program to calculate the static and dyna mic parameters.
