Abstract
An alternative dimethoxytrityl-on (dmt-on) method is described to puri fy hydrophobic oligodeoxyribonucleoside methylphosphonates (OM) with a phosphodiester linkage at the 5' end, instead of the conventional dmt -off method using a DEAE ion-exchange column.
