Abstract
By reaction of 2-aminothiophenes with bismethyl-thiomethylene compound s some new thiophene derivatives are synthezised appropriate for cycli zation to obtain thieno-condensed heterocycles. Bismethylthiomethylene malonic acid derivatives. N-(bismethylthiomethylene)cyanamid and the ethylic ester of N-(bismethylthiomethylene)aminoacetic acid are used a s ambifunctional agents. Resulting from the different electrophilic pr operties the exchanged of a methylthio group or a reaction with an oth er functional residue can be observed.
