Circulating ammonium complexes (CIC) were isolated from the plasma of
11 healthy donors and 12 lung carcinoma patients as well as from the a
scitic fluid of 20 ovarian carcinoma patients using ammonium sulphate,
PEG-6000 and protein angstrom chromatography. The SDS-PAAG electropho
resis has revealed individual and group components hi CIC in patients
and has not revealed them in donors.
